I couldn't be any more pleased with the service I received from Gabe Galdos! I'm an extremely particular shopper who's been looking for a home for well over a year and Gabe has been by my side throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the industry is unmatched and his ability to evaluate property and negotiate fair pricing is second to none! In an unprecedented rising price market, he was able to negotiate a tremendous price well below the asking price on a property in one of Tampa's most desirable areas! His communication and responsiveness were as timely as you'd expect and most important, he was extremely honest with me about everything I needed to know about all the properties we viewed. Gabe's relationships with local lending firms proved to be extremely valuable in avoiding the unfortunate pitfalls you usually hear of in the underwriting & closing process, and I would highly recommend him for all of your home purchasing or selling needs! Outstanding realtor services!

Gabe was amazing from the very beginning. After an awful experience with our first realtor Gabe immediately jumped in to figure out exactly what we wanted. No matter the day or time, and even some last minute appointments due to hectic work schedules, Gabe made sure we saw every house we could that met our criteria. When it was time to make an offer he did everything he could to make our offer as competitive as possible which led to us landing our perfect home!!! With the market as hectic as it is he was able to beat our 64 other offers to make our dream come true!!! I would recommend Gabe and Ark Realty to anyone looking to buy their perfect dream home!!

Gabe was very attentive from start to finish, he tells you exactly what you should do to prepare your home for sale and is very transparent about the entire process. Gabe helped me sell my current home and we were in contract in under 9 days, he also represented me in the puchase of my new home and everything went well with zero hiccups. I would highly recommend him!!!

The best description I will say about Gabe it that he was truly a blessing and heaven-sent to find our new home. He was able to guide our every step and continuously keep us on the right track to succeed. Gabe is very knowledgeable from the beginning to the end process of purchasing a home and continuously was patient with us in understanding each process.

Gabe is one of the most hard working guys I know and helps you throughout every process there is to buying a home. I could not have had a better agent than Gabe! His knowledge, his kind heart and his willingness to go above and beyond made this process as easy as possible! Thank you for being there every step of the way, Gabe!
