Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Mercy has a deep connection to the local community and a strong understanding of the Tampa Bay market.

In her role, Mercy supports daily operations and helps ensure transactions run smoothly by providing reliable, behind-the-scenes support and exceptional service. She is known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to creating a positive experience for everyone she works with. Outside of work, Mercy has two family French Bulldogs, Nacho and Pico, and enjoys spending time with them when she’s not supporting the Ark Realty team.
